Grace Assessment and Therapy Services has regular office hours from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday. After hours and Friday appointments are made on a case-by-case basis.
Questions regarding payments or insurance should be directed to the office staff between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. |
APPOINTMENT PROCEDURE
Initial appointments can be made by calling 540-773-3999. Intake appointments are scheduled for 60 minutes. The length of subsequent appointments will be conditional on the desired services.
If you find it necessary to cancel a scheduled appointment, we require a 24-hour notice, or the usual fee will be charged.
