We require that a working card be placed on file upon the day of creating your first appointment. All charges will be made to the card we have on file, and a receipt will be uploaded in your portal account upon request. If you need to update your payment card, please call our office at 540-773-3999 before your next appointment.

Please view the list of insurance our doctors are in-network providers for. We strongly recommend contacting your insurance company for coverage information. Our office is not in network with any Medicare, Medicaid, or Anthem HealthKeepers plans.

If you don't see your insurance listed, Grace Assessment & Therapy Services will submit to your insurance as a courtesy. Please contact your provider for more information on your out-of-network benefits for out-patient mental health services, specifically psychotherapy or psychological testing.
